This evening, Peter Anthony Cantu was scheduled to be executed from a decade-long case. He was the prime suspect in killing Elizabeth Pena as well Jennifer Ertman. Although his camp asked for a series of pardon, the Board of Pardons turned down all of their request. The incident happened way back in 1993 at the age of 17 and now at 35, he is about to face the final sentence from his murder case.
According to reports, he and his gang battered to death the two women while on their way home and that story is not simple like what we think after reading this article. There are other things which we don't know how they suffered from the hands of Cantu and his friends. The death sentence was banned by the Supreme Court if the suspect is less than 18-years old but the court doesn't listen to their parole applications.
