Lindsay Lohan left the
Airport Courthouse after failing a alcohol test while under house arrest. Lohan will not be going to jail as
Judge Stephanie Sautner ruled that the previous judge only required that Lindsay only have controlled substances testing from
January 3rd thru February 25th.That's what wrong with her now,she needs to go to jail or she will never learn.More after the jump..
